Join us for the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Engineering Career Expo on February 23 & 24, 2022
Featuring both a virtual and campus session: Register to participate in one or both days!
During the virtual session on 2/23, hosted on Brazen's premium virtual recruiting platform, you'll be able to group chat, live stream video, and video chat individually with your candidates, as well as review any registered attendee's resume before, during, and following the event.
During the campus session on 2/24, happening on the UH Mānoa Campus, you will meet with students in person at your company’s dedicated booth. You will also be provided access to all registered attendees’ resumes submitted via the online system.

Campus Session – Thursday, 2/24/22, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. HST UH Mānoa Campus Center Ballroom
PRICING
EARLY BIRD:
1 session (virtual OR campus): $300.00 plus taxes/fees: Early registration until January 10, 2022
2 sessions (virtual AND campus): $400.00 plus taxes/fees: Early registration until January 10, 2022
REGULAR:
1 session (virtual OR campus): $400.00 plus taxes/fees: Regular registration (as spaces are available) from January 11 - February 4, 2022
2 sessions (virtual AND campus): $500.00 plus taxes/fees: Regular registration (as spaces are available) from January 11 - February 4, 2022
EVENT REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
VIRTUAL
• Fully branded and customized booth, which can display job openings, videos, benefits information and more
• Ability to exchange messages and initiate video calls with job seekers during the event
• Accounts for multiple members of your team, with unlimited recruiter seats in the booth during the event
• A single login to manage your booths for all previous and upcoming events
• Training and support for your team
CAMPUS
• 1 table, 2 chairs
• 1 parking pass (for first 30 companies that register)
• Note that additional chairs are available at $5.00 each and additional lunches are available at $15.00 each
• Dean's Luncheon: Up to two guests per company, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. prior to the expo, available to the first 70 companies that register OR
• Box Lunch: Two per company if not attending the Dean's Luncheon

• Marketing leading up to event that promotes your company and brand
• Access to full database of all registered job seekers before and after the event, including resumes, profile information, and contact information
PAYMENT BY CHECK
If paying by check instead of credit card, please select this option at checkout and mail in your check separately. Note that your registration is not fully confirmed until payment has been received. Checks should be made payable to the University of Hawai’i Foundation. Please notate the event name in the mailing. Please include your contact information with the check.
Note: if you are paying by check and would like to purchase add-ons, please add the corresponding amounts to your total check payment and email hults@hawaii.edu to let the event organizer know which add-ons you are selecting.
